SUGAR ICUMSA Nº150
CRYSTAL SUGAR, LIGHTER COLOR, WITH A TENDENCY TO WHITE.
Known today as CRYSTAL SUGAR, it is widely used in large-scale baking and in the production of drinks and food. Formed by the crystallization process, without chemical refining, crystal sugar serves as a lower cost substitute in relation to ICUMSA 45 sugar, known as traditional white sugar, even more because it contains less chemicals in its composition. Glass or special crystal sugar is the name given to sugar obtained by controlled crystallization of the treated cane juice. Crystal sugar undergoes a clarification process, using sulphitation and chalk. It consists of fine, regular crystals, with high brightness and 99.5% purity, widely used in the production of carbonated drinks, liqueurs, juices, ice cream and sweets in general. ICUMSA 150 has a low content of soluble soluble solids. It has a lighter color, tending to white and can be stored for up to two years.

Known as brown sugar, ICUMSA 600-1200 is 100% raw refined and is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. This sugar is thicker than white sugar, known as ICUMSA 45, and its color is brownish. Raw brown sugar from sugar cane, when fully refined, contains about 70% white sugar.

A MERCHANDISE NEGOTIATION
1º THE 1ST BUYER ISSUES LOI (LETTER OF INTENT) OR ICPO (PURCHASE ORDER IRREVOCABLE) + BCL (BANK LETTER OF FINANCIAL CAPACITY) OR RWA (AUTHORIZATION OF CREDIT VERIFICATION) + NCNDA (CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTEGRITY AGREEMENT) + IMPFA (PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT) AND COMMISSIONING) + COPY OF THE PASSPORT OF THE BUYER AND INTERMEDIARIES.
2º THE SELLER, AFTER RECEIVING THE ICPO + RWA + BCL, WILL EVALUATE THE CAPACITY BUYER'S FINANCES AT YOUR EXPENSE.
3º IF THE BUYER APPROVES IT, THE SELLER WILL FORMALIZE THE "FCO" (CORPORATE OFFER COMPLETE) OR "PROJECT" (DRAFT CONTRACT) AND WILL RESERVE THE SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCT IN THE CALENDAR.
4º AFTER THE "CONTRACT" SIGNED BY THE PARTIES, THE SELLER SENDS THE "INVOICE" (INVOICE) FOR THE BUYER TO REQUEST THE ISSUANCE OF THE "SBLC/DLC" (LETTER OF CREDIT) (#).

5º. SELLER ISSUES "PBG 2%" (PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE) FOR THE SECURITY OF THE BUYER. IT IS A BOND THAT GUARANTEES THAT THE SELLER WILL COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. CONTRACT. IT IS NORMALLY ISSUED FOR THE VALUE OF A SHIPMENT, IN THE EVENT THAT THE SELLER BREACHES THE CONTRACT AND DOES NOT SUPPLY THE PRODUCT THAT WAS STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT. THE “PBG 2%” IS ONLY ENABLED AFTER THE “LC” (LETTER OF CREDIT) IS APPROVED ISSUED BY THE BUYER'S BANK. THIS APPROVAL IS MADE BETWEEN BANKS THROUGH SWIFT.
NO PB FOR SPOT CONTRACTS.
6º PAYMENTS WILL BE IRREVOCABLE, SBLC/DLC (LETTER OF CREDIT), TRANSFERABLE, CONFIRMED, UNCONDITIONAL, IRREVOCABLE AND DIVISIBLE, ACTIVE, OPERATING AND ISSUED BY ONE OF THE TOP 50 WORLD BANKS, CONFORMS TO THE CONTRACT. THE PAYMENTS WILL BE RELEASED TO THE SELLER AT THE PORT OF LOADING PORT AGAISNT SHIPPING DOCUMENTS THROUGH POP, THE AMOUNT OF EACH BL (BILL OF SHIPMENT), SGS (QUALITY CERTIFICATE) OR EQUIVALENT INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND EXPORT PROCEDURES, AS DETAILED ON THE CONTRACT.
IMPORTANT NOTES
SAMPLES OR VISITS: NOT AVAILABLE OR PLANNED. THE IRREFUTABLE PROOF OF PRODUCT IS PROVIDED BY THE SELLER'S PRIME BANK, WHICH CERTIFIES THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
PROOF OF PAST PERFORMANCE: OUR PROVIDERS WILL NOT PROVIDE HISTORICAL DATA, SUCH AS PREVIOUS SHIPPING BILLS (BL), OCEAN SHIPPING BILLS, SGS REPORTS, LAB TESTS, PBG, SOP, CONTRACTS, ETC., OR ANY EXAMPLES DOCUMENT THAT CAN BE PLAGIARIZED OR FALSIFIED BY THIRD PARTIES.
SIF NUMBER: ONLY WILL BE GAVE ON THE PROFORMA INVOICE AND NOT BEFORE.
NOTE (#): THE "SBLC/DLC" (LETTER OF CREDIT) IS A CONTRACT BY WHICH A BANK, ACTING AT THE REQUEST OF AN IMPORTER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACTUAL INSTRUCTIONS, UNDERTAKES TO CARRY OUT A PAYMENT TO AN EXPORTER UPON PRESENTATION OF A SERIES OF DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES DEMANDED WITHIN A SPECIFIC TIME LIMIT, PROVIDED THAT THE TERMS AND CREDIT CONDITIONS.
